Spanish Schoolhouse’s Castle Hills location opened its doors to curious young minds in 2008. Since then we’ve offered Preschool, After School classes, and Summer Camps to children in the Carrollton-Castle Hills area. Our team stays up to date with comprehensive annual trainings, and all of our teachers have a strong passion for teaching and for helping students be the best version of themselves. We believe that each student is unique and we feel blessed to have the opportunity to teach them here at SSH.
Countless studies show the cognitive advantages that come from language immersion learning. Bilingual children also have better executive function skills later in life. Our students get to see, hear, taste, and experience different cultures during their time with SSH – setting them up for success in future educational pursuits. Our teachers are also from many different countries, and students get to learn unique information about each of them. Our wonderful teachers are from Spanish-speaking countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, and Spain. These differing backgrounds help young students appreciate diversity and help them learn to adapt more easily to new environments.
Spanish Schoolhouse Castle Hills also offers exciting events throughout the school year to show parents and families what their children have been learning. The Christmas and End of the School Year shows are crowd pleasers year after year, and beautifully showcase what the students have been learning in the classroom. Parents get to watch their little ones dance, speak Spanish, and have fun with their classmates and teachers. But most of all, you can feel the love emanating from the SSH family during the shows. These emotional events prove that when you enroll your child at SSH, you’re not only investing in your child’s education but a meaningful and positive life experience. We are conveniently located near the Castle Hills community in Carrollton, between Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway. We welcome new students who are ready to engage in fun activities and learn a new language!
